Five bedrooms give a big group real privacy. Families, ski crews and friends traveling together all get their own space to retreat to.

Two full kitchens
Two kitchens means two groups can cook at the same time. Breakfast for the early skiers and dinner prep for everyone else, without the traffic jam.

The game room
A fully equipped game room for the evenings and the weather days. It is the room everyone ends up in after dinner.

The great room
A round room wrapped in windows, built around a brick chimney and opened up under a wood-beamed arch.

The private pond
The house sits on its own private pond, with a dock out over the water and a fire pit on the bank. Start the day at the water and end it by the fire.

Two mountains in view
The house overlooks the slopes of both Windham Mountain and Hunter Mountain, two of the best-known ski areas in the Catskills.
